North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 -MAP IT!

With more than 110 outstanding golf courses along the Grand Strand, it's no surprise that Myrtle Beach is so highly regarded among golfers around the world. In recent years, many of the layouts have received impressive national rankings and media coverage and continue to be recognized as some of the top courses in the country. That includes the four masterpieces at Barefoot Resort & Golf.

Norman:
Adding to his stellar golf career, Greg Norman has once again succeeded at mastering the game of golf with his signature course at Barefoot Resort. The Norman Course at Barefoot Resort follows his traditional design by framing each hole with the site's natural vegetation, using very little rough, and running the fairway grass up to the waste areas. With 7 holes bordering the Intracoastal Waterway and stacked-sod bunker faces, the Norman Course is both beautiful and fun to play.

Fazio:
The Fazio Course is touted as the most player-friendly course of the foursome at Barefoot Resort with four sets of tees for players of all skill levels. With its classic Lowcountry design, the Fazio Course features many Tom Fazio signatures such as sculptured bunkers, natural elevations, extensive landscaping and many large lakes. Fazio has successfully created an overwhelmingly beautiful and enchanting course offering the perfect balance of fun and challenge.

Dye:
Famed architect Pete Dye adds to his collection of signature golf courses with the Dye Course at Barefoot Resort. A semi-private course, the Dye Course is a visually stunning design that is long in length - 7,400 yards from the back tees. Varying selections of grass help to create many color contrasts across this visually intimidating course. Holding true to the Dye reputation, this course utilizes the exceptional elevations to create a memorable and challenging course.

Love:
Set against the background of reproduced colonial plantation ruins, The Love Course is surely one of the most stunning courses along the Grand Strand. With elevated greens, shaved green fringes, and large classically shaped bunkers, this course has solidified Davis Love's reputation as a course designer.
